As one of the largest and leading companies of wood furniture and flooring in China, Yihua (stock code: 600978) has attained a registered capital of RMB1.15 billion and total assets of RMB6.5 billion. Yihua is a member of the National 863 Program and has actively participated in the development of national and industrial wood standards. Four Major Manufacturing Bases: Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. Shantou Yihua Furniture Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Yihua Furniture Co., Ltd. Owns Six Forestry Bases Suichuan Forestry Base in Jiangxi Province Meizhou Dapu Forestry Base in Guangdong Province Yichun Forestry Base in Heilongjiang Province Nanmei Forestry Base in South America Russian Forestry Base Gabon Forestry Base in Africa Total area covers 1.61 million square meters. Gross area extends 1.046 million square meters. Annual output between the nine production factories is approximately 1.5 million sets of wood furniture. Annual output of wood flooring is 6 million square meters in addition to 300,000 million sets of sofas In the next 3 years, 31 showrooms and over 2000 wood flooring and wood furniture specialty stores will be established in 50 of China's biggest cities under the Yihua brand. Exclusive distribution and franchising models are carried out effectively.
